Returns & Refunds Policy

At CoffeeRoast Co., we want you to love every sip; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on non-perishable equipment within 30 days and a freshness guarantee on our roasted beans. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for any quality concerns regarding your beans.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Email our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue or the reason for your return.

    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for eligible items.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely pack the items in their original packaging, include your RMA slip, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once your return is received and inspected at our roastery, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
