How do I know my coffee is fresh?

We roast our beans in small batches every Tuesday and Thursday. Each bag is stamped with a 'Roasted On' date, and we ship within 24 hours of roasting to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible.

Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole bean?

While we recommend buying whole bean for peak flavor, we offer several grind options including Drip, Espresso, and French Press. You can select your preferred grind size on the product page before adding it to your cart.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer flat-rate shipping of $5.00 on all orders, and free shipping on orders over $50. Once your beans are roasted and packed, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days depending on your location.

Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?

Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our support team within 14 days and we will do our best to find a replacement roast you'll love.

Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Absolutely. We work directly with small-scale farmers and cooperatives to ensure fair wages and sustainable farming practices. All our beans are Direct Trade or Fair Trade certified.

How should I store my coffee beans?

To maintain freshness, store your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the delicate flavor profiles of the specialty roast.
