A Program for Every Pressure and Style
The M5 model not only delivers a professional double-tamp in just 1.5 seconds with its default program, but it also provides four other tamping styles, including single, triple, and gentle tamps, along with a unique tamp that slowly retreats the piston to minimize disturbing the puck. With adjustable tamping pressures ranging from 11 to 66 pounds, there are several combinations of style and pressure available.
Switching between pressure settings and programs is effortless, as you can simply use the plus or minus buttons to toggle between options. Additionally, the cleaning program, accessible with the push of a button, gradually lowers and raises the piston to remove any coffee grounds that might have accumulated and are causing unpolished pucks.

The final step before operating the M5 is adjusting the portafilter fork height, which can be easily done using the provided T-wrench (10mm).
